Wildlife Volunteering Achlochan Loch
THIS EVENT HAS ALREADY TAKEN PLACE
When - Thursday 30th August, 2018 , 10:00am
Where - Polglass
Come and join us to install waymarkers along the footpath around the beautiful coastline of Achlochan. We will look out for wildlife and might be lucky to spot seals, otters, and bountiful birds including ducks and waders.
The Trust will provide tools, training and supervision all you need is a love for the outdoors and a reasonable level of fitness because the work is rather physical.
WHERE TO MEET: Meet at 10am in the car park by the footpath to the broch finishing at 3pm. You are welcome to join in for all or part-of the day.
WHAT TO BRING: Warm outdoor clothing including waterproofs, sturdy boots or wellies, lunch, snacks and a drink. In warmer months bring sunscreen, hat, midge-net and/or insect repellent
