Wildlife Volunteering Ben Mor Coigach – Achlochan Restoration

When - Wednesday 9th May, 2018 , 10:00am
Where - Polglass

As part of the ongoing work at Achlochan we need to control the spread of bracken and reduce the impact of plastic and other litter.

This is an opportunity for you to undertake useful reserve management tasks, learn new skills and keep active. You can also enjoy the wildlife and dramatic landscape of high peaks, rugged coastline, crofted and wild land. All work is outside and physical so a reasonable level of fitness is required.

The Trust will provide tools, training and supervision and there is an opportunity for lunch-time wildlife walks.

Meet at the parking area for the Broch at 10am.

WHAT TO BRING: Warm outdoor clothing including waterproofs, sturdy boots or wellies, lunch, snacks and a drink.
